1807, First Edition. Edinburgh : printed for J. & A. Duncan, Glasgow by McWilliam and Company. Good copy in a contemporary binding of full leather, with boards now slightly scuffed and dust-dulled. Corners bumped, with panel edges worn. Spine gilt-tooled and rubbed, particularly along the endbands. Joints cracked but holding. Ownership stamp on p. 2. Text block remains strong and clean on the whole, showing only the expected faint foxing and offsetting of age. A well-preserved example overall. Item #475998
