Lucas Company, Baltimore, Md. The type faces used throughout are 8 and 10 pt. Granjon Light by the Mergenthaler Linotype Company with the display in Garamont Light No. 248 prepared by the Lanston Monotype Company. The text pages were letterpress printed on 70 lb. basic white Gainsborough Text from the Hamilton Paper Company. The plate portion was printed by letterpress on 80 lb. basis white Lustro Gloss from the S.D. Warren Paper Company. All of these papers were furnished through The Barton, Duer & Koch Paper Company, Baltimore. The engravings in the plate section were made by The Advertisers Engraving Company and The Publicity Engraving Company.
