The Royal visit to Wolverhampton
1867, First Edition. Wolverhampton [Staffs.] : E. Roden. Good copy only in the original gilt-decorated green cloth over bevelled boards, now lightly scuffed and dust-dulled. Corners bumped, with panel edges worn; endbands rubbed and fraying slightly. Front hinge broken; spine cover detached from text block and pivoting on the rear joint. Text block shaken and foxed, with one plate loose but otherwise holding. A serviceable example, retaining some external charm. Item #473583
