1910, Revised Edition. London : Printed for His Majesty's Stationery Office by Holbrook & Son. Very good copy bound in navy cloth boards, slightly scuffed and dust-dulled. Spine gilt-blocked with endbands rubbed and fraying slightly. Edges faintly foxed. The interior remains tight, bright and clean; original wrappers bound in at the rear. A well-preserved example overall. Provenance; prelims stamped "Royal Historical Society" and "Presented by His Majesty's Government." Item #471177
