1874, Reprint. London : Bickers and Son. Very good copies both contemporarily bound by Bickers of London in full navy aniline calf boards, gilt-bordered, now with minor scuffs. Corners bumped, with minor wear to the panel edges. Spine gilt-tooled with raised bands and red leather labels, the former rubbed along with joints and endbands. Marble edges and endpapers; earlier leaves in both volumes show some faint dust or ink smudges, with the interiors remaining tight, bright and clean. A well-preserved set overall. Item #471087
