1913, First Edition. London : Waverley. Very good gilt-blocked cloth copies all with text blocks remaining tight, bright and clean. Endpapers show faint foxing; a few plate leaves slightly proud and ragged at the fore-edge. Vol. 4 fore-edge shows a small ink-stain. All volumes retain their original dust-wrappers, of which vol. 1 and 3 are sound, vol. 4 is separated at the spine and showing some loss, and vol. 2 lacks its front wrapper entirely. All dust-wrappers show minor dust-dulling and wear to the edges, and are now mylar-sleeved. Remains a well-preserved set overall. Item #467187
