1932, First Edition. London : Faber and Faber. Very good copy in the original title-blocked cloth boards, which are stained (particularly at the rear) and somewhat dust-dulled. Spine sun-toned, with endbands slightly rubbed. Endpapers lightly foxed, with the interior remaining notably tight, bright and clean. A well-preserved example overall. Provenance: from the library of Sir Lawrence Gowing, with some minor pencil notes by his hand on rear pastedown. Item #467111
