The practice of water-colour painting, illustrated by the work of modern artists
1911, First Edition. London : Macmillan and Co. Poor copy in the original gilt-blocked blue cloth boards, now stained and slightly worn at the extremities. Both hinges cracked, with cloth joints and mull still holding. Endpapers dust-dulled, showing some ownership marks at the front and a torn corner at the rear. Internally much better, with the text showing faint marginal damp and dust to the top corner from p. 124 through the end, and otherwise remaining clean and bright. Text block cracked in some places, but sewing holds throughout. A very serviceable example overall. Item #466872
