Good copy in the original gilt-decorated blue buckram over bevelled boards, now slightly dust-dulled and somewhat rubbed at the edges, corners and endbands. Both hinges cracked, with mull holding very secure. Endpapers foxed, with the interior remaining tight, bright and clean. Plates retain their descriptive letterpress tissue-guards, the final of which is slightly creased. A well-preserved copy overall. Item #464278
