1831, First Edition. London : published for the proprietors, by Robert Jennings and William Chaplin. Very good copy in contemporary full green leather boards, now slightly rubbed along the edges. Spine lightly sun-toned and somewhat scuffed, with endbands and joints showing wear. Text block, with all edges gilt, remains tight; faint foxing scattered throughout. Contemporary (1875) inscription to front free endpaper. Plates retain their tissue guards; remains a strong and well-preserved copy overall. Item #460843
