London : Hodder and Stoughton, 1906. First Edition. Good only copies both in the original cloth boards with titles gilt-blocked direct, and to black leather labels, on the spines. Boards somewhat scuffed and worn along the edges. Spines heavily worn on the labels and at the endbands, with a split to the front joint of volume 2, and its spine cover pivoting on the rear. Prelims and edges foxed, with interiors remaining surprisingly tight, bright and clean. Remains an internally well-preserved and very serviceable set overall. Item #459138
