Istanbul : Matba'a-i Âmire ???????? : ????? ????? 1866. Early Edition. Good copy in brown leather-backed, black cloth-covered boards, with gilt-tooling to the spine. Boards heavily scuffed, with spine and panel edges somewhat rubbed. Some light, isolated foxing, damp-staining, and creasing within, with an overall strong and clean internal impression. Some pencil annotations to rear endpapers. Despite ample evidence of use, the copy remains well-preserved overall. Item #456230
