1913, New Edition. London ; New York : Longmans, Green, and Co. Very good copy in the original gilt-blocked, blind-tooled cloth with blind-ruled border to front board. Spine bands and panel edges slightly dulled and dust-toned as with age with corners very slightly bumped. Remains particularly well-preserved overall; tight, bright, clean and strong. Copy previously owned by Professor T. H. Marshall (L.S.E.) during his incarceation as a POW in Germany during WWI. Copy has original and period bookplate (1918) detailing his name, number and POW camp location. Also prisoner camp name ink stamp to front free endpaper.
